SHYAS Peer Crisis Center
Community intervention service for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. CST is designed to address housing, homelessness, employment, development of coping skills, symptom reduction, abstinence, and much more to improve daily functioning. CST also offers 24/7/365 crisis intervention.
Substance Abuse Outpatient Program
The Peer Living Room model is a community crisis center model that offers people experiencing a mental health crisis an alternative to crowded emergency rooms and hospitalization. The Living Room Model is a peer-led service that provides an alternative solution for Mental Health & Substance Use Crisis in our community.
DWI & Reinstatement Services
SAIOP is a substance use treatment program that includes group treatment 3 times a week for a minimum of 3 hours a day. In addition to group, SAIOP includes individual sessions and case management for relapse prevention & recovery.
SACOT Outpatient Treatment
Long-term substance use residential treatment that includes individual, group, and family counseling along with case management and peer support.
Residential Recovery Support
SACOT is an outpatient substance use treatment program that includes group treatment 5 days a week for a minimum of 4 hours a day. In addition to group, SACOT includes individual sessions and case management for relapse prevention & recovery.
Breach of Confidence Treatment
Substance Use services provided to those cited for driving while impaired. The substance use services include assessment, education, and treatment, for the reinstatment of one's driver's license.
